Challenge

Reaktion had already built a successful product with thousands of users worldwide, but its digital presence no longer reflected the quality of the platform. As the company expanded beyond Denmark, the website needed to communicate trust, clarity, and professionalism to an international audience. The challenge was to position Reaktion as a mature SaaS company while clearly explaining the value of its product. Our goal was to create a digital experience that matched the scale and ambition of the business.

Strategy

Before any design work began, we mapped Reaktion's user journeys across free trials, paid plans, and agency partnerships to understand where messaging was falling flat. We defined a content strategy that spoke to two distinct audiences — in-house ecommerce teams and marketing agencies — without diluting either. Every page was planned around a single job: turning a skeptical visitor into a signed-up user within minutes, using proof points, live product data, and a frictionless free scan instead of long-form persuasion.

Brand

Reaktion's existing visual identity felt closer to an early-stage side project than a platform trusted by thousands of ecommerce brands. We refined the mark, tightened the color system around a confident black-and-signal-green palette, and built a typographic scale that reads clearly across dashboards, marketing pages, and mobile. Consistent iconography and data-visualization patterns were introduced so financial metrics, charts, and reports feel like one coherent product rather than a patchwork of screens.

Website

We rebuilt the marketing site from the ground up — a home page that leads with the product itself, feature pages structured around outcomes rather than technical specifications, and a pricing page built for fast comparison. Every hero section uses live product screenshots instead of illustrations, so visitors understand what they're signing up for before they scroll. The result loads fast, reads clearly on mobile, and gets straight to the point.

Product

Inside the platform, we restructured the core dashboard around the three questions every ecommerce operator actually asks: what changed, why, and what to do next. Financial metrics, ad spend, and order data were reorganized into a clearer hierarchy, with faster filtering, cleaner tables, and report views that surface anomalies instead of burying them in noise. The interface now scales from a quick daily check-in to a deep monthly review without changing tools.

Outcome

Since launch, Reaktion has seen stronger activation from its free scan tool, faster time-to-value for new signups, and a marketing site that finally matches the maturity of the product behind it. The new brand and dashboard experience gave the team a consistent story to tell investors, partners, and agencies — one platform, one visual language, one clear promise: turn ecommerce data into decisions in seconds, not spreadsheets.
